| Our idea: We plan to live in our future at the MAI KHAO beach on Phuket island. For this plan we buy a plot of land which is registered on my wife AOM. Now comes the next step. We are looking for nice people who have the same idea and want also live later in a quiet area on phuket 500m from the beach. With this people we want to build a community and a condominium with pool. |
| The land: The size from our land you find under the subpage "Nososam". The location is round about 500 m from the beach. It´s behind the condominium "Turtle Cove" at Mai Khao beach. |
The condos: The area from your condo is round about 82 sqm. For example you have here our idea for the style inside.

| The price: Each condo costs only 3 Million THB incl. standard furniture, tv, 3 airconditions, telephone line, kitchen. |
Living costs: All community members must pay for trash, water, electricity themself. If there are problems they get help from Dirk. |
| The community: We want built a nice and small community. Because of this there is only place for 10-12 condos - all in the same style. |
| The pool + fitness room: We are living only 500m from the beach, but if the community pay a fair price for cleaning service and water there will be a pool + fitness room. |
| The style from the condominum: At the moment we are looking for a style or colors. |
